"Our family had a wonderful stay at K11 Artus. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made it perfect for a relaxing week-long stay. There are a Washer and Dryer inside the room very convenient for family with kids. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping everything spotless, and the size of the room gave me plenty of space to unwind. "Stayed for 4 nights in May 2026 - first the Good - Concierge staff were great and very nice and helpful. The bad - the beds are like slabs of marble so if you have a bad back maybe not for you. Rooms a very small and when we asked to change we were told that all the rooms were the same which is not true. Now the ugly - pretty sure we were bitten by BED BUGS, but cant be certain, but most likely."

"great location, had a really good sleep during my stay. towels were super big and thick - totally up my alley. pillows could be harder and more dense - it was a little too soft for me. mini bar is a drawer type rather than the conventional door type which in my opinion would have been a lot more flexible. The space for the WC was very tight which made it not so comfortable to use."

"Comfortable and *very* spacious room, with helpful staff and an extremely quiet location. It's an extremely walkable area with plenty to do, plus easy MTR access. The hotel starts on floor 19 (if I recall) of a much larger property that's accessed from a separate elevator, so it's a little bit of a maze to get from the street to your room. But the benefit is that it's one of the quietest hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. I highly recommend it."
