"Colin was very helpful throughout the week! There was a slight delay with the cleaning service but he reached out only a few minutes after the check-in time to let me know that we can enter, and was very sincere and apologized for the slight delay. I had a few questions throughout the week and he was very responsive. Our extended family of 19 people had plenty of room for all and the place was fantastic! The best parts were the open floor plan where we could all eat together, along with the pool, hot tub and volleyball court!"
