「This place is an absolute scam, they asked me for my ID and a zelle payment as a deposit for the property, I waited over 4 hours and was never given any information as to how to access the property. We were locked out past midnight trying to access the place we had already paid the deposit and the nightly fee. 「The room was clean and the beds comfortable. We arrived at night after the office was closed but they messaged us our room number and door code. We had a little trouble opening the door because we didn't know you have to press the # key after the code. Our room didn't have coffee in it like they said there would be. We complained but they didn't do anything to comp us. We went to the pool at like 9pm (it's open til 10) but it was so dark and hard to see on the path that my daughter almost fell...
