"The property is great, so convenient to the airport. The staff that I interacted with in person was excellent, no question. However, I have to note that my repeated attempts to contact the hotel failed. These attempts were through multiple calls to two different phone numbers (from Expedia reservation confirmation and from hotel’s website) and via Expedia chat and via the WhatsApp chat originally initiated by the hotel’s reservation office. A four star hotel needs to be more reachable."

There was a very long walk from reception to elevators and rooms, to breakfast room, etc. Only one working elevator. Very likely no fire escape, because the stairs I was told, are "closed". At peak breakfast hours there were just 4 or so guests in the breakfast room. Un-healthy menu (Oily Chhole-Bhatoore for breakfast). "
