「A young man in a T-shirt and pants had been sitting in front of the room diagonally across from our hallway, looking at us. We had gone in and out a few times, but there were three people there the whole time, watching us. I felt scared, as if they were monitoring our entry and exit. When I asked the hotel staff, they said it was for personal security. I wasn't wearing clothes that suited the Five Star Hotel. Is it acceptable to have such casual personal security at a luxury hotel? I don't want...

「Location is good and no complaints」

「Fantastic stay! The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable throughout our visit. The location is ideal—super convenient for getting around and exploring. We also really enjoyed the modern amenities, which made our stay smooth and relaxing. Highly recommended!"」

「Decent and central stay 」

「Cleanliness was poor, maintenance was poor, bedsheets were dirty, for breakfast there were only sandwiches and boiled eggs. Actual charges were £25 but your website charged £40. That only proves non reliability of site.」
