The hotel itself is lovely and the staff are very friendly and attentive. If you have mobility problems and are staying in the main hotel you may struggle as there is no lift. "Un-user friendly steps to climb to room. No face welcome. No welcome instructions or how to operate hob and microwave. One tablespoon, one dessert spoon. No pots or pans so why a fancy hob. Shower exit full of past human hair. Broken toilet seat. Dangerous low A-shaped ceiling for banging heads. No recycling instructions. No view. Shower excellent but no instructions. However, we adapted as best we could but unlikely to recommend."
