We received a free upgrade upon arrival, which was nice and appreciated. Our room was clean and very spacious. We ate dinner at the hotel - the service was great! The chef came out to ask if we were happy with everything. He did so again the next morning for our breakfast. I can’t say enough about the service!

Excepcional en todo. A 5 minutos en coche de Petra. Piscina y jacuzzi en piso alto con vistas a montaña de Petra. Decoracion del hotel muy bonita. Instalaciones fantásticas, todo muy nuevo. Amabilidad y atencion extraordinarias. En el momento de nuestra estancia habia pocos huespedes. Contratamos media pension y nos hicieron la cena a la carta y a nuestro gusto, recomendando platos jordanos. Desayuno buenisimo, todo muy fresco. Muy recomendable Gracias

When we got to the hotel, it was closed. We were asked to proceed to the Movenpick. We got good rooms and the location near the city and the entrance to the Old sites is amazing. The only thing we didnt like about the hotel was the cold pool. Ambient was 23, temperature of water was 25. So there was heating but everyone in the pool was shivering. Hotel was nice
