This 3-bedroom condo has a marsh view from the screened balcony. Enjoy the sunrise on the screen porch while watching the Jekyll wildlife. Take a dip in the community pool or go on a bicycle adventure on Jekyll's 24 miles of bike paths.

Cozy up in the marshview living room on the plush and modern furnishings. Watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV after a fun day in the sun. The dining table seats 6 guests with an additional four stools at the breakfast bar. The fully stocked, open kitchen plan makes preparing and serving your family meals easy while never being left out of the conversation.

Sunbathe and swim at community pool in the complex. It's a refreshing alternative to your time not spent on the beach and splashing in the ocean. The beach is approximately a 10 minute walk, or a short bike ride or drive away. Public beach access is found at Beach Village almost every block up and down the island. Use the complex elevator to conveniently move all of your belongings in and out. Stairs to all floors are also accessible. The condo is on the 1st floor above the ground level parking.

Wake up to marsh views in the master bedroom suite which is furnished with a king bed, TV, and full, ensuite bathroom with a double vanity. Guest bedroom 2 acts as a second master suite with a queen bed, smart TV, and its own, private bathroom. The third bedroom sleeps 2 guests with a queen bed and a smart TV. The final full bathroom can be accessed from the 3rd bedroom and the hallway. There is also a pullout sofa bed in the living room. A full-size washing machine and dryer are located in the hallway laundry room. Linens and towel sets are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home.
