"The room was clean. We asked to be moved as there was a noisy party in the room directly above ours. The desk clerk promptly moved us. I had just had surgery at UVA and needed a peaceful night.
The lotion proved by the hotel had been used prior to my opening it. It was almost empty. Needless to say, I discarded it."

1802 cottage once part of Monticello and owned by Thomas Jefferson
10/10 Excellent
"Steve was a wonderful host. He was responsive to all my inquiries. The setting is absolutely beautiful. The location is perfectly convenient to do all the things that we wanted to do. We would definitely stay again."
"This unit was exactly as described in the pictures. Only 4 min to Monticello, and 15 min from UVA, this location was fantastic. But what was best was the management. There was a miscommunication on my part and they managed it professionally, courteously, and with grace. The true colors show not when everything goes smoothly, but when there are bumps in the road, and this management handled it very well. Would definitely stay here, and recommend to all my friends in the future."
"Close to Monticello, immediately across the street from Michie Tavern, the location for seeing those sites can’t be beat. The apartment itself is excellent in appearance and quality…kinda wanted to move in permanently.Owner is very attentive in comms leading up to and through our stay (with one message during our stay to make sure we were comfortable).Highly recommended!"
"The stay was great!! The upstairs, WOW!! Highly recommend staying here. Virginia was great to work with. We will be back. The only complaint if there is one would be you are in the back yard of a rental house. It’s not private as the picture leads you to believe. But we will be back! "
