We were there for a family funeral and needed budget accommodation with a king bed and good wi-fi for remote working. This fit the bill. 「I stayed here twice and enjoyed the stay. It was a simple room with a fridge and cooktop that has a great price. It is great with a rental car. I would book again if it is available while I am staying in Vegas and want to stay off the strip.」

「Overall the house was perfect for what our family was needing. 4 adults and 5 kids were very comfortable. A short drive up the freeway to the strip and just far enough away to feel out of the mix.
