The Batmobile was completed in 1965 and made its first debut on TV on January 1966 - it overheated, the battery went dead, and the expensive Mickey Thompson tires kept blowing. It was sold in an auction in 2013 for $4.2 million.

"Everything in the place was brand new and very nice. Huge walk in closet and very spacious living space. Bidet, bathtub, kitchen had all the newest features. There is a gate that requires a remote (which was given to me when I arrived) to open to get inside the property which I did not know about. "
