Our stylish and spacious 3-bedroom house is your perfect private home base for connecting with family and friends. A peaceful retreat where every member of your group can relax in comfort and convenience after a day of fun.

* We are just minutes away from everything that matters: The bright Las Vegas Strip, T-Mobile Arena, Allegiant Stadium, the Convention Center, and the ever growing Vegas Chinatown, where the best food in Vegas can be found! Plus, we're surrounded by great restaurants, amazing local parks (perfect for kids!), and a ton of family-friendly activities.

* We've got a private, in-ground pool and hot tub. It's the ideal spot for family splash time during the day or a peaceful evening under the desert stars.

* We can comfortably sleep up to 8! The three bedrooms feature a luxurious King bed, a comfy Queen bed, and a ready-to-go Full bed. Need a bit more space? The cozy living room pulls double duty with a premium king size 18 inch air mattress bed with pillows and linens.

* With 2 full bathrooms (complete with a hair dryer, shower, and tub), everyone gets ready efficiently. The house is fully equipped for both long or short stays, offering the comfort and space that families and large groups need.

* Our place is retro and kitschy cool, no cookie cutter here! It's a little old school Vegas with the amenities you need for a memorable getaway! Those amenities Include:
- Beautiful backyard with a private in-ground hot tub and pool! Both are cleaned twice a week and available year round. (Pool heating available for $50 per day.)
- Gas BBQ for delicious grilled food
- Fire pit for cool nights and warm drinks
- Fig tree where you can pick fresh figs (when they're in season, of course)
- Multi shower head spa shower in the master bath
- 2 work spaces for the ultimate work-cation
- Roku TVs in every room pre set to guest mode so you can login to your personal accounts
- Full kitchen if you choose to stay in! Stocked with a toaster, blender, pots, pans, gas stove, microwave, cooking oil, spices, and of course, a coffee station to start the day off right
- In-unit washer/dryer for all your laundry needs

* Guest access is super simple access provided in & out of the house with an electronic keypad lock. The door codes and Wifi info are delivered to guests the day before arrival.

* We are also close to vacation essentials like groceries, gas stations, pharmacy, big box stores, and gyms. Along with must try restaurants of all kinds. Fine dining spots, tasty dim sum, juicy burgers, top notch pizza, gourmet donuts, satisfying bahn mi sandos, authentic tacos, all you can grub Korean BBQ, and wake you up right waffle sandwiches just to name a few!

* You will have the whole home to yourself and check-in is contactless. The info for your stay will be sent to you the day before you arrive, so no need to meet anyone in person unless otherwise specified.

* Please message me directly on the app anytime. We prefer to keep communications over the app when possible to protect both parties. However, there are always exceptions and we are happy to chat over the phone when necessary. If something comes up or you need help (with supplies, minor repair, issues with entry, etc.), please reach out. We're happy to assist!

Just a Few Additional Details to Note:
* Early check-in and late checkout may be offered. If you are interested in either, please ask for availability at the time of booking. The cost is $18.00 per hour early or late.

* Our pool is cleaned twice weekly, typically on Tuesdays and Fridays to ensure the best pool conditions for guests. HOWEVER, Vegas is well known for high winds out of nowhere, so some debris may blow in the pool. To remedy this, we've provided a pool net on a pole for guests to use if needed, and we can have a one off clean arranged if the pool requires it.

* The Hot Tub & Pool are free to use. A fee would only be charged if you choose to heat the pool. The cost for pool heating is $50 per day.

* Our aim is to provide the best guest experiences, however, we do not allow events or parties at our place. This is due to city ordinance and respect for our friendly neighbors. We appreciate your understanding and thank you ahead of time for minding this rule. Cheers!

* We have outfitted the exterior door at the front of our home with a Ring doorbell camera that is actively recording video and audio to ensure safety for our guests. This is the only camera on the property.
