"Check was a mess with no humans around to help when the machine to get keys wouldn’t work. And waiting to get our text to then get our key at 11pm was a bummer. I miss speaking to humans. The day we left it rained and the water was pouring in our window soaking the furniture and ground. It took 20min to find a number to call that linked us to an actual human to relay the problem. "

"The facility itself needs much improvement, check in wasn’t easy, and not enough help. Although, some spots are great, the food court and play area for the children are fantastic, however, the rooms are not so great. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Location was excellent. Requested service twice on drapes that would not close, no one came. Had to switch sheers with blackout on runners to block the light. Minimum room amenities, no bar soap or coffee maker, but were pleased there was refrigerator. "

"We stayed for just one night so it served the purpose. Hotel is located at the end of the strip. So getting to other places will be an issue. Overall nice place. Lot of cafe’s and restaurants inside the hotel"
