"The stay was overall very good but we chose this hotel specifically because it was rated as one of the most family friendly on the Strip and we had our 4-month old grandson and 2 year old granddaughter with us. The accommodations specifically list cribs available, which we requested. At check in, we made note of that as well and were told housekeeping would bring it up shortly. After several hours we called down and were told “Uh yeah, didn’t they tell you we don’t have those anymore?” And then told they could bring us some extra sheets and blankets. Completely unacceptable. After several more hours, they managed to find a pack’n’play and we made do. Not family friendly if you have an infant along."

"We had a great stay, the hotel was nicer than we expected, often places will give you unrealistic pics and descriptions of things and it's often a letdown. This experience was the opposite. It was nicer than expected. Clean room, friendly staff, located near plenty of amenities considering it wasn't on the strip. It is near Target and plenty of food options which was great considering we forgot a few items on our trip. The only complaint is the elevator only worked well the first day, by the second day or two, we ended up taking the stairs when coming and going to our 7th floor room because after waiting for over 10 minutes each time, and hearing the elevator stopping on other floors it just would stop on ours, kind of funny actually. So besides that, it was a fantastic stay. I would stay there again anytime."
