The villa is located in the Balcón del Mar urbanization in Jávea, a quiet residential area next to the famous "Cabo la Nao", with several viewpoints and small beaches nearby such as "Cala en Caló" just 2 km away, "Cala Ambolo" and "La Granadella". It has several services in the surrounding area, including the well-known restaurant "Restaurante Mirador de Jávea" 1 kilometer away and a supermarket "Wimark Supermercado" 700m away. Although supermarkets and restaurants can be found around, the Arenal de Jávea area is only 6 kilometers away, which has the only sandy beach in Jávea and numerous services, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and bars. The "ALC" airport is 100 km away. It is recommended to have a car to move around the area.
