"Horrible place to stay. Could not sleep 1 single night. Very loud and walls have no isolations you can hear every door in thewhole building. Crappie beds and poor cleaning. We only get our room cleaned 1 and that was after we asked. No clean towels, no place to sit in your room. No table. Elevator ( tiny for 4 people) was broken and our room was in the fifth floor. .. Poor breakfast as well. Stay away from this place!"

They they sent an email saying due to unfolded duvets we are charged 90 for cleaning. Be very careful in renting under this agency as they will scam you for cleaning fees The owner of the apartment was very nice and helpful - should seek new agency. "

"The rooms were clean. We arrived in the evening; there is only one option to contact the hotel: it’s by phone, which costs money to call from the UK. After we got into the room, we found there were no towels, so we couldn’t even use the shower. The next day in the morning, after checking in, we were told that the towels were not included. On the website, it’s mentioned that towels are included, so we paid extra for the towels. No soap, no dishwasher tablets, no dish-cleaning soap. "Great appartment very close to the bottom of Belle Etolie lift. Comfy beds and nicely appointed rooms with balcony and fine mountain views. Close also to convenient supermarket, over the road to superb bakery and overall a great find. Thanks also for the real Christmas tree - merci bien!Hosts are a bit picky and could ease our stay with a bit more attention. Equipment storage could be an easy win given the large garage - but not offered initially. Two sets of keys for three separate families is also challenging - could be easily sorted with key box. Also could have more care in courteous response to enquiries. But overall very pleased and would certainly recommend. "

"My wife and I booked our stay through Hotels.com and chose a room at MMV specifically for the advertised mountain views. After a 6-hour drive, we arrived expecting a relaxing and scenic getaway—but were incredibly disappointed. Instead of the mountain view we paid for, we were given what was clearly the worst view in the entire building, facing a wall or some kind of service area. It completely ruined the atmosphere we were hoping for. To make matters worse, the elevators were broken during our stay, and no one from management seemed to care. There was no offer to move us, no apology, and no attempt at compensation. We felt completely ignored. For a brand that markets itself on comfort and quality, this was a huge letdown. We would caution others to double-check what you’re really getting before booking."
