"What a gem of a hotel. Lovely people, immaculate rooms and everything works just fine. If you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t for you. If you’re looking for family friendly, warm, homely and extremely good value then this is the place! A few mins from the slopes, 30 seconds from a supermarket, plenty of warm water at the end of the day, lovely views, good coffee and brekkie… nothing whatsoever to complain about!! Thank you for having us 😊"

"Horrible place to stay. Could not sleep 1 single night. Very loud and walls have no isolations you can hear every door in thewhole building. Crappie beds and poor cleaning. We only get our room cleaned 1 and that was after we asked. No clean towels, no place to sit in your room. No table. Elevator ( tiny for 4 people) was broken and our room was in the fifth floor. .. Poor breakfast as well. Stay away from this place!"

"The host was great at communicating how to enter the property and helping us with my questions, as our transfer was later than planned. The apartment is kitted out with lovely kitchen appliances and decorated really nicely with a modern look. The main bedroom is very small, with not a lot of room to manoeuvre around, myself and my husband would have to get changed in the corridor. I see that a previous review mentioned about the noise so not suitable for families. I would say it was great for our family as the room with the bunkbeds was quiet. The main bedroom does have a nightclub opposite but you don’t hear any music. We were often woken most nights when people left the nightclub but this is hard to avoid. The position is great, being near the Diable ski lift and about a &minute walk from ski school."

"The rooms were clean. We arrived in the evening; there is only one option to contact the hotel: it’s by phone, which costs money to call from the UK. After we got into the room, we found there were no towels, so we couldn’t even use the shower. The next day in the morning, after checking in, we were told that the towels were not included. On the website, it’s mentioned that towels are included, so we paid extra for the towels. No soap, no dishwasher tablets, no dish-cleaning soap. But otherwise it was quite a good apartment, with very friendly staff and very clean and very warm rooms. The apartment is very close to the ski lift. "
