It is impossible to sleep properly. There is a busy street on one side and even if you get a room at the back, there is a very loud disco on Level 7. My room was on level 1 and still the sound of disco was so loud until 3am that i couldn't sleep. I had a 3 nights booking in this hotel, I only stayed one, the next morning i checked out and went to another hotel.

Not a good stay.

Extremely noisy. A.C leaked,so the floor was constantly wet. No curtain in the shower,so again the floor got soaked. I know it's not an expensive hotel,but it could definitely use a lick of psin and a general good clean.

Nice hotels with friendly and helpful staffs.

The hotel staff are extremely friendly and even recognise my name (me as a business traveler). The hotel has a quite nicely decorated rooftop bar so sometimes on Friday evening there were music play until quite late.

Prima budget hotel, ontbijt oké, DJ feesten op dak

Ons verblijf bij Favehotel Kemang was redelijk comfortabel. Pal in Kemang area en zeer goede prijs-kwaliteit. Ontbijt was oké, niets speciaals of uitgebreid. Gewoon wat toast en enkele Indonesische hapjes. Wel hebben ze vaker in de week DJ feesten op de bovenste verdieping en dat hoor je best duidelijk in de hogere verdiepingen. Misschien voor jongeren is het interessant maar voor ons was er veel herrie en liftverkeer en het was moeilijk om in slaap te komen. Voor zakelijke gasten kunnen ze beter in de lagere verdiepingen overnachten. Verder prima budget hotel

Cheap but not value for money

I booked my room here without a thorough look at the review. I thought it was gonna be a standard budget hotel, decent service, not much expectation. It turned out worse than my expectation. The bathroom is dirty, pb it's old but the water stained on the toilet seat... yikes. Air-con leaked and made loud noise. I asked if they have a hairdryer, they said they would check with the housemaid. 3 days later, I never had my hairdryer.

Hospitality

The receptionist has no professional hospitality. I paid my bill in advance when arrived on the first day. Then, I wanted to extend one more night. I told to receptionist through the phone and she asked me to go to the the front desk to pay. Then, I answered I would pay when I'm gonna grab dinner. I was busy all day, so I took a nap. While sleeping, they called me again to go over for the payment. I would go out for dinner soon and I would stop by to the reception, that's what I answered. Then, back to sleep. OMG... they called me again for telling the same thing again and again. WTH. I understood 200% what they told and why did they tell me again and again? They bothered my nap. I paid my first two nights already. So, if I have additional bill, I could pay when check out. Not calling me for couple times in two hours. It's annoying. Then, I unplugged the phone and went to pay.

You get what you pay for

Overall, for the price and location, it was a good hotel and the staff really make it better. The pool area and dining are really nice, although more of a plunge pool than a lap pool. Only a couple of issues that soured the stay a little, rooms are tight and no bar fridge, AC took a long time to get cool (never cold) and the room can be a bit noisy, as well as the 2 in 1 soap in the shower that had a funky smell to it..... not sure if this was just our room or is the smell the soap has... But, having said that, we had a good stay and enjoyed being close to all the attractions that Kemang offers.

No towel

There were no towel in the room bcz still washing laundry. We have to wait for 8:00 AM next morning... I never heard this kind of situation, if it was so reasonable hotel. It takes more than 10min for one customer due to the check in system slow. I don't recommend.

Unfortunately the bar & pool area were undergoing renovations so was extremely noisy & dusty Mop & bucket were left outside our room when we arrived the room was extremely small Reception staff helpful
