It is still new so the facility is good condition and room is big and confortable. I took a dinner in the restaurant and wanted a bit wider selction for Indonesian food more. It is recomendable.

Property is decent the staff hospitality is very friendly and great. But there are lots of areas that can be improved. They didn’t communicate well for airport pick up and drop initially they said it was free and then they charged saying it was done by a trainee; which is not acceptable if you want to run hotel professionally to high standards; lift timing program is very bad need to wait for min 3-4 minutes.

とても綺麗なホテルで感激しました！が、どこかの部屋でタバコを喫煙していたようで、部屋の中が毎日臭かったです。私は本当にタバコの匂いが苦手なので、とても辛かったです。タバコの匂い以外は完璧なホテルでした。次も利用したいと思いますが、次回タバコの匂いがしたら部屋を変えてもらおうと思います！

なるべく長く滞在したかった！

ジャカルタ中心から離れているがその分快適に過ごすことができた。 滞在中外出せずにずっとホテルにいたくなった。窓からの景色、大好きです。 他のアロフトにも泊まりましたが一番好きです！ルームサービス、朝食、屋上のバーどれもホスピタリティに溢れていました。
