"We loved this home. It fit our needs perfectly. The home was spacious and well equipped, the beds are comfortable, and we loved that each room had a bathroom - perfect for our growing family. We also loved the heated pool and the extra amenities like a ping pong table and pickleball rackets. We will definitely stay here again."

"Me and my family had an amazing time!!! There was 9 adults and 5 kids, every adult/couple was able to have their own room and bathroom! Very close to a grocery store. And so many amazing place within minutes. "

"Perfect house and location for our large group. We loved the pool and the games in the house. Used the fire pit every night. Plenty of linens. Easy check-in-check out and quick answers to any questions I had. Will come back again!"

"The host did a great job answering questions and providing information about the place. Everything was as expected or better. One problem did occur in the upstairs bathroom one of our guest slipped and fell between the toilet and shower door. She sustained bad bruise and sore ribs. You might want to check on what is done to clean the floor and remove any residue from the cleaning products. "

"Great place overall but lots of little inconveniences that we shouldn’t have had to deal with. The hot tub controls were not working so had to contact owner to remotely turn on, bikes with flat tires, not enough silverware for our large group without having to constantly wash, had to ask for more standard things like paper towels and toilet paper. Some lightbulbs out, TV remotes without working batteries, closet doors off their tracks. Nice home with lots of fun extras and a great community pool, Pickleball courts close by. Worked well for our family and Joe was great to work with. "

"Perfect size for our family. Nice, clean pool. House is close to a lot of trails. Few minor issues that were easily fixed. Property manager/owner was quick to respond to quesions/issues. Overall a great experience!"

"We appreciated many aspects of the property, but a few items affected our overall comfort. Several Command hooks in the bathrooms were broken or missing, and the towel bar in the upstairs bathroom fell down each time it was used. A few hand soap dispensers did not function properly. The shuffleboard game did not have sand available, and the crushed red pepper was empty and not refilled. The hot tub was cloudy and not very inviting, even after it was serviced. The backyard pickleball courts lacked privacy and generated noticeable noise. The floors and doors were quite thin, with gaps at the bottom of doors, which allowed sound to travel easily, we could hear normal movement from neighboring units and upstairs activity. The décor felt somewhat dated, and the lack of light-blocking shades in the bedrooms impacted sleep. Overall, while the home has potential, these factors made it unlikely we would choose to stay again."
