This amazing 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse is located within a 2 minute walk to the beach and is loaded with everything needed for your perfect Jacksonville Beach vacation. Enjoy every moment of your vacation in the backyard Oasis, which includes a Hot Tub, Firepit, and Outdoor Dining. Sit back, relax and watch your favorite shows as the living area and all 3 bedrooms are included with LCD smart TV's. There is plenty of space for a family, sleeps 8 comfortably. Enjoy!

Welcome to your home away from home! Perfectly located off the highway for easy access to all of Jacksonville Beach. Ideal for temporary travelers, our home offers comfort and convenience.

Prime Location: Just minutes from major highways, dining, and entertainment.

Clean & Well-Maintained: Our home is meticulously cleaned and cared for to ensure a pleasant stay.

Ocean Oasis is a relaxing home, where you escape your daily routine and fall in love with the energy of the beach. After a whole day of enjoying the sun, come home to an outside cold shower and jump into the hot tub while listening to your favorite artist in the Ocean Oasis patio.

House and Patio.

We are very social, however we do respect everyone's privacy. You won't see us during your stay but we are available by text or calls anytime! At NOON, on the day of your stay, we will send you the rules and regulations to confirm. Once confirmed, you will get your door code right around 3pm. We change the door code after each reservation.

The neighborhood is quiet, but everyone is very friendly.

Walking distance to the beach. Two minute walk and you are ready for some sun in the ocean.
Outdoor Safety:
Please watch your step while walking around in the back yard. There are steps from the main level of the outdoor area down to the Fire Pit level and also to the outdoor dining area.

No Shoes:
*We ask that all guests not wear shoes in the property. Please use the shoe rack by the front door upon entering the home.

Parking:
*Only park on the LEFT side parking spot. Additional free all day parking is located on the street.
*We will not be held responsible if your car is towed if it is parked on the right side.

Music:
*No outdoor music is allowed after 10pm by city ordinance.

Hot Tub:
*NO children are allowed in the Hot Tub without adult supervision.
*NO sand in Hot Tub. WASH OFF all sand using the outdoor shower before entering the Hot Tub.
*Please put cover back on Hot Tub after each usage.
*Please watch your step while entering and exiting the Hot Tub.

Outdoor Fire Pit:
*Use at your own risk.
*All guests MUST put out all fires prior to going to bed or leaving the premises.
*No unattended fires allowed
*Do not leave any children unsupervised at the Fire Pit.

Banister Railing:
*No leaning or playing on the railing on the stairs.
*Please also supervise children in these areas.

Bathroom:
Do NOT flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. No feminine products or any type of disposable wipes. If a plumber has to be called during your stay or on the day of checkout, you will be responsible for the repair costs.

Pets:
* Pet must be up to date in vaccines, flea & tick free.
*Guest will always keep pets on a leash when outside the house.
*Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets.
* No pets on furniture or beds.

NO Parties or Events:
*If you would like to host a party or event, please message us and we can discuss an event fee.

Smoking:
NO smoking or smoke fumes inside the home subject to $175 fee.
Do NOT throw cigarette butts on the front or back yard.

Any damages to home or violations of house rules will result in additional charges.
