Sleeping arrangements
With room for up to six guests, the condo offers three welcoming bedrooms. The primary suite includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A second bedroom also has a king bed and TV, while the third features two twin beds. Fresh linens, towels, and essentials are provided, along with a washer and dryer for added convenience during longer stays.

Outdoor living
Step out to your private balcony overlooking the 3rd hole of the East Course. It’s an ideal place to enjoy the cool breeze or simply watch the landscape change with the day. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor pool within the community, offering a relaxing space year-round.

Kitchen and dining
The full kitchen is equipped with essentials for preparing home-style meals, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker. A nearby dining table provides space to gather over breakfast or unwind with an easy dinner after exploring Ponte Vedra Beach.

Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan help maintain a comfortable atmosphere no matter the season. The living area includes an HDTV and dedicated workspace for remote work.
