Comfort awaits from the luxury king size beds in each bedroom, to the brand new renovated kitchen and bathroom, TV's in every room, and every essential you'll need to enjoy a wonderful relaxing vacation.

Outside is a large dining table and night lights to enjoy the warm Florida breeze. You'll have beach chairs and towels provided for your stay, and the ocean is just 1 block away.

The Space:
2 identical LARGE rooms, each has a very comfortable memory foam king size bed, flat screen, TV, and large closets. The bathroom located between the 2 rooms is beautifully updated, with a large walk-in shower. The washer/dryer is located in the hallway, for your comfort and convenience. Natural light pours into the living room, and the sofa converts into a queen size bed for any additional guests. The bathroom and kitchen are FULLY stocked for all of your needs during your stay. Anything additional you may need, we're always available so please feel free to reach out.

Hosts live locally and are always happy to help or assist in any way necessary during your stay!

Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to their condo and shared access with the back courtyard area.

Peaceful quiet and centrally located to beaches, shops, restaurants and more!

Other Things to Note:
This condo is located on the 2nd story of a two-story building. Only 1 other condo in the building.
