I even called on 3/18 to confirm we would be able to bring our dog, as it was unclear online whether the room was pet friendly or not. I was told it was - but when I called to confirm our check-in time the day of our stay, I was notified that was actually not the case. We were downgraded to a standard room, as those were the only pet friendly...

「We got the hotel room to enjoy school vacation and go swimming in the pool, I’ve never thought to ask, but the pool was not heated and being in Maine in April it was freezing, even though it was inside. The heat in the room continued to keep turning off, and the dial did not match the options shown so you never knew whether or not it was gonna blow a cold air or hot air.」

「Lots of parking, spacious room, accommodating and gracious staff, heated pool and great dinner at the restaurant. I would come back and stay again just for the amazing staff and how welcoming and accommodating they are. We brought our 7 month old and every need we had, they graciously welcomed. We forgot our dish soap at home (to clean bottles) and they went out of their way to grab us some! Dinner was fantastic and the waitresses were so fun. They even cleaned our daughter’s spoon for her....

「The main problem during our stay was the noise. The walls are extremely thin — we could hear everything, even the people in the next room using their microwave. We were placed between two rooms that seemed to be traveling together, and they partied and slammed their doors throughout the night. By 3 AM, we had to ask them to quiet down.
