The room wasn't clean especially the bathtub it was very scummy, the carpet was dirty and the hear didn't work. I've stayed at this property before and was very clean, and also, I didn't feel safe their people walking in and out the building all during the night, they kept the door prop open. Also, my building smelled of marijuana the entire time I stayed! I was so uncomfortable there i left two days early! I will never stay there again, and it wasn't called extended stay america there was a name change.

The Expedia listing did not accurately reflect the property. No amenities to include no breakfast/coffee and no internet. Description doesn't mention the additional charge for "any" housekeeping. Smoke detector in the room wasn't even connected. The only positive parts were is was relatively clean and the staff was nice, when available. There is no front desk support between 11pm and 7am.

The owner (?) was very friendly. Unfortunately the whole place smelled of pot smoke, lights were blown out, the door to the bathroom was not securely attached to the hinges, and there were bed bugs on the bed when I got out of the shower.

There was nothing to like tgey had roaches crawling up thw wall and I am allergic to roaches. I asked for a refund and they took $20 because they said that was their policy. I will not do third party anymore. I had to wind up sleeping in my car for the night after driving over 900 miles.

Roach Infested

The staff was friendly but not much honest or helpful. I noticed when checking in there was a sign saying that pest control was going to be arriving so I asked if there was a pest problem they said no, but as soon as I got to my room to open the door ROACHES were scattering everywhere needless to say they offered me another room and the same thing happened I left but not before I was told I would get a refund it’s has been days later and no word of a refund. If you can deal with roaches this would be a great place.

Why accept a booking if you have no power?

I booked a suit. Made it to the hotel. Hotel had no power or anyone at the front desk. Reached out to Hotels.com for a refund and I still haven’t received it. I am not happy at all.

The beds had bedbugs and roaches was coming out of nowhere. There was even one on the wall I wouldn’t recommend a dog stay here then the front office is closed 11am to 7 am. The room smells like cigarettes no soap or any amenities and barely any covers for the beds and no cover for the pull out bed couch.
