"I booked a stay here paid for it online then when we got to the hotel since I didn’t have my physical card they turned us away and said if we don’t have the card we can’t stay and we don’t get the money but I had my card online my virtual card which is the same as my physical card but still turned us away. Just got into town late and had to place other to stay"

"I got bit by bugs in my bed both nights and had to switch rooms the second night. I asked them to switch my sheets after the first night because obviously they didn’t when I found bugs in my pillow cases. I want my money back "

"The Lodge was perfect place to stay while attending a meeting in Great Bend. Everything was comfortable and clean. There was great care to detail from the smallest soap to the big comfy couch provided a relaxing place to rest and rejuvenate between events."

"Your front desk clerk, Isabelle, was phenomenal!!! She was very friendly and helpful! She was easy to talk to and just a lovely person. The breakfast buffet, for $15, was decent, but not a good value. The lady that ran the buffet was so sweet and kind, and very helpful. "
