Our stay it’s self was as expected, it is a good hotel to book if you are flying . The shuttle bus would be much better if it stopped at different terminals, it would only take them a couple of extra minutes to do so. But they only stop at terminal 2, then you have to lug all your luggage on the train to different terminals(lots of stairs involved).
Our worst experience was that someone entered our room when we went down for breakfast and helped themselves to the cash in my wife’s purse( she is 100 % sure it was there, since she just switched it from her daily purse to the travel purse). It seems that the hotel has a re occurring issue with this as it has been mentioned in other reviews as well. We addressed it with the hotel, but to date they have pretty much brushed us off with standard answers. IF YOU STAY THERE LOCK YOUR BELONGINGS EVEN IF IT IS JUST FOR A FEW MOMENTS
