"A beautiful hotel, which has been refurbished to a very high standard. The rooms were very clean, soft fluffy dressing gowns were provided along with snacks and water. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The centre was just a short taxi ride away (or a 10 minute walk) we had our evening meal there which was delicious. The only downfall was breakfast sadly which wasn't very warm and had been standing a while. We would definitely stay again."

"We Usually stay in hotels, but decided to stay in a guest house this time. Got to say we were really impressed with Chester house. It was very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, (in both here and their sister property, Chester court hotel, next door), and the included breakfasts were excellent. In addition, it was great to have ample free parking on site The location is also very convenient for Chester city centre and also to nearby Hoole village, where there are 5 or 6 pubs, 4 or 5 restaurants, plus a variety of shops and a express supermarket. The only adverse comment, was very minor, a lack of a non slip mat in the shower. We actually used one of the hand towels."
