「This was the perfect location for us to stay to be able to visit Cheshire Oaks, Chester Zoo and Chester, just 10mins drive from each. I avoided hotels in Chester due to lack of easy parking options but this one was great. Really nice rooms, clean and modern with lots of amenities. Breakfast was good, plenty of hot and continental choices. We loved the warm cookie at check in too - a nice touch! Staff were all very nice and friendly.」

The restaurant closed at 8.30pm, which I thought a bit early, but there were a lot of places to eat and grocery stores around the hotel. Friendly and efficient customer service.」

「Fantastic hotel the staff are helpful and friendly it is beautifully decorated and comfortable I have stayed there a few times now and the service you receive is consistent I can’t praise the staff enough for their care of the guests.
The only very minor issue I had was some dust on the floor of the wardrobe that I accidentally dropped my top onto and it got dusty.
The breakfast is absolutely delicious especially the eggs Benedict. There is a plenty of choice and excellent service.」
