Highly recommend, the hot spring is the best. They don’t use recycle water. Perfect view in the area. I will definitely come back again to Kagoshima area just for this hotel.

It is totally new property, the desing and concept is very nice. Mostly local tourism for now, absolutely stunning views and the confort rooms, since they have hot springs or hot baths is very attractive spot for families, which they were a lot with small kids everywhere, so if you want quiet and piece this won't be the place I guess.

エレベータを読んだとき、2機同時に動き始める。最寄りのカゴが上下に応じて適切に動くのかと思ったらそうでもなかった。空調につ いて、温度設定と吹き出しの風量は変更できたが、音がうるさくて気になった。洗面台が、部屋の中になっていたのはある意味便利だったが、鏡の取付に緩みがあったこと、鏡の下の壁のクロスが少し剥がれかかっていたこと、お部屋の入口のドアの下部に隙間があり、廊下の明かりが入ってきたので、こちらの会話とかが外に出てしまうのではと心配になった。テレビの上部に換気扇が設置してあるが、その近くの壁に埃がたまっていた。（この事はスタッフの方にお伝えしました）大浴場があるのは分かりましたが、2階のフロントの手前から先だったので、来館されるお客様と鉢合わせになるかもと思うと気分的に利用しずらかった。でも、お世話になりました。
