New property. Probably the cleanest in all of Turkey’e, bypassing the Ritz in Istanbul. Highly recommend if you are used to the sanitary standards of the western world.

Every thing in the hotel is nice and neat, the staff were so kind and friendly. If someone asked me what I didn’t like, I would say nothing to mention. It is bot my first time to stay in this property. My next vacation in Izmir will be in same hotel that for sure.

One of the best hotels in Izmir. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with lovely views and all the amenities you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. However, I was quite surprised to find that they charge for coffee in the room. While this is a minor issue, it seemed out of place for a luxury hotel at this price point. I would have expected complimentary coffee, especially given that other 5-star hotels usually provide this as a basic amenity.

The accommodation itself is very nice and clean. I have nothing to criticize about the hotel. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the receptionist. I think such a beautiful and high-quality hotel should put more effort into the selection of its staff. We had booked a total of 7 rooms and were unfortunately not warmly welcomed. Of course, this criticism does not apply to every member of staff. The cleaning staff, for example, were very friendly and kind.

Die Unterkunft ist Hervorragend,alles Top direkter Eingang zur Mall Sauber gutenlagw kostenloses parken ,ink Valet Parking kostenlos . Manko :Frühstück zu teuer ! Bei einer Familie 4 Personen a 25 Euro sind es 100 Euro pro Tag ! Bei 4 Übernachtungen 400 Euro ! Draußen kann man für 20-25 Euro für alle 4 gut frühstücken.Zimmer Preise nicht günstig aber zumutbar.

Otel gerek konum gerek hizmet yönünden çok iyiydi. Sabah açık büfe kahvaltı eksizsizdi. Otelde herşey çok başarılı. Tek eleştirim girişte odaya konulan ücretsiz su miktarı çok azdı. 2 kişi için yarım litrelik su konulmuş. Daha fazla su içmek istersen mini bardan ücretli olarak içebiliyorsun. Su gibi temel bir ihtiyaç için bu yaklaşım çok yanlış. Kişi başı en az 1 er lt ücretsiz su konulabilirdi.
