"This is located in the heart of Hiroshima. A beautiful, newer hotel with lots of amenities. The hotel has a big lobby so you won’t feel crowded. The rooms are clean and spacious and the location provides shopping and dining. The staff was helpful and attentive. I highly recommend this property."

"Very central. Close to the peace museum and walking distance to shops and restaurants."

"There I free shuttle from the train station to hotel which was helpful because we had to walk one night because we arrived past the time. It’s not too far. It’s close to the JR west terminal to get to Miyajima. We didn’t utilize the bath because we had tattoos so can’t say. But liked the amenities bar and had kid la shampoo and body wash available. But didn’t see much families though. Was a nice location."

"Booked the standard double. It had sacrificed space for separated shower, toilet and handbasin. However the shower wet room was excellent. Not much room for luggage so wouldn't recommend for those with lots of luggage or having a long stay. Soundproofing was excellent, never heard other guests or trams. Staff were efficient."

"The best hotel I have stayed at in Japan. Very easy check in/out. The lobby has continuous free goodies and drinks for guests. They keep several amenities in big trays for guests to take. Room was very comfortable. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is amazing. "

"We booked this hotel after hearing that our original hotel only had smoking rooms available. This hotel had a great location that was overlooking the river and close to the Hiroshima train station. The room was spacious (for Japan) and the bathroom was large and clean. This hotel had a much more western feel to it than the other eight hotels we stayed at during our stay. We included the breakfast option with our booking was so impressed. This was the best breakfast we had during our whole trip! We would absolutely stay here again if we come back to Hiroshima!"
