"This is an amazing hotel with a spectacular view from your room if you have a sea-view room. The island of Miyajima is a beautiful place and this hotel compliments its beauty with traditional Japanese architecture and furniture wile also offering the most very modern facilities for your comfort and relaxation while staying there. We had lounge access and the was great for snacks and afternoon/evening drinks. The dinner was exceptional with a five course meal that totally satisfied our varied palettes. The rooms are big and spacious with a strong traditional Japanese twist. And the beds were some of the most comfortable we had slept in on our many travels. The staff were just amazing also. So attentive and helpful. This is a gem of a hotel in the beautiful island of Miyajima. Added bonus is that the water gate structure is just a stone throw away. Would highly recommend."

"Enjoyed our 4-night stay on the club level. Hotel and room were very clean and well kept. Club lounge is wonderful. Hotel accepts luggage delivery, but does not accept outside food (so no Urber Eats delivery is allowed). Room was large and spacious, however we found the bed and the pillows a little hard (which is not uncommon in our travels throught Japan). Room doesn't have a smart TV, so no chrome casting movies. Hotel is located in a remote location. 30 mins from downtown so the free bus to the Hiroshima station is appreciated, however will it would be nice if it started before 9:50 am as the City bus is easy to use but very crowed. Tour boats leave right from the hotel which is great and the sunlight cruise was beautiful.. Would definitely stay again."

"Spectacular location, incredible ocean views, and amazing amenities. We loved our Tatami room with twin beds—traditional yet super comfortable. The staff provided outstanding service throughout our stay. The breakfast and dinner were sensational! A fantastic choice if you love Japanese cuisine and want to immerse yourself in local culture. 100% recommend!"

"Located front of the port to take ferry to Miyajima island, very close to transportation station. Breakfast was good. Town restaurants close early. Helpful & friendly staff."

"The staff was amazing, the location was central to the shopping street, Omotesando and their dinner/breakfast were delicious. I can't think of a reason not to stay at this hotel!!"
