「Photos showed a room with a view. We were allocated a basement room with no view at all. Noise at below parking level was horrendous. I contacted pure serviced to try cancel our 2nd night for a refund. Their response was to refuse , and to offer a white noise machine to combat the noise! If I could offer zero stars, I would. 「Overall property was adequate but a few small things to note/ could be improved. No net curtains in any of the rooms, blinds really needed in kitchen in Summer as sun comes straight in through kitchen window which cannot be opened. Carpet is torn between lounge and entrance. One sofa had stains. No loo roll holders or bath mats on either loo/bathroom. No wardrobe in double room or anywhere to put clothes. Side light in bunk room not working but no table for it to stand on where the plug reaches...
