A basic but relatively large, spotlessly clean room. It was adequate for my family of four.

This hotel ripped us off. We paid for the "flexible rate", supposedly allowing us to make changes up to a week before our trip. We attempted to reduce our stay by 1 night before the deadline to make changes. Expedia couldn't make the change themselves, they needed the hotel to do it. But the hotel wouldn't respond to Expedia or to us directly to make the change. So the deadline came and passed. Upon arrival we explained it to the front desk. They said they couldn't do anything and that we needed to contact the reservation company. When we checked out a day early we asked for our folio for the visit to show that we were leaving early. They said they would have to prepare it and email it to us. We never got the folio via email. In the end we paid for 4 nights but only stayed 3. No satisfaction from Expedia or Relais. The hotel itself is rundown like many of the reviews state. The view was amazing! Food was average at best for France and the staff was not helpful. We will not repeat at this hotel. And I'm done with Expedia.

Room needs new carpets, windows need screens “no ac in the room” need to open windows so mosquitos , fly’s etc etc just come in to the room, is not bad for 3 adults we where there 2 nights

This is a great location, but a pretty basic hotel. They were kind enough to get us a restaurant reservation before we arrived . You can hear the road noise from the room, but fortunately that ends fairly early. The location to get to an early Mont St Michel tour was great.
