Het is niet een bekende hotel dus wanneer je aan een taxi vraagt of ze je naar het hotel kunnen brengen moet je helemaal uitvogelen waar ze precies in kunnen rijden zelfs met google maps. Ten tweede de schoonheid van de kamer is onverwachts, de vloeren worden niet goed schoongemaakt en de badkamer ook. Bij ons was de waterpomp van de wc ontploft en toen we terug naar onze hotelkamer kwamen, was de hele badkamer in verbouwing en geen enkele personeel had ons daarover geïnformeerd. Personeel spreekt je zelden aan dus je hebt niet veel contact met ze. We verbleven 4 nachten. De bedden waren wel lekker om op te slapen maar voor de rest zou ik hier niet nog een keer komen verblijven…

The young guy at reception is a pervert

One of the reception guys at night is a pervert, I had a female friend over and he was constantly hitting on her and making her feel uncomfortable, even though she told him she didn’t want to talk to him. When I went upstairs to get my jacket he tried touching her and was harassing us constantly. This is a young guy who is on the reception at night. I wouldn’t recommend anyone with families or girls to stay in this hotel. Worst experience ever.

Fiyat performans bakımından idare ederdi. Genel olarak hizmet iyi değildi. Odalarda çay kahve ikramı yoktu su ısıtıcı vardı ama bardak yoktu. Temizlik orta düzeyde. Fiyat a göre normaldi 200 TL üzeri etmeyecek bir konaklama.

Located down a pleasant side street, you are close to many sites, markets, and museums. Mostly everything is in walking distance. The room was snug but comfortable and clean.

Местоположение - просто шикарно. Номер отличный. Два минуса: грохот трамвая по утрам и не работал телевизор. Да, кстати. Отель заявляет, что персонал говорит по-русски, но это не так)) ни одного русскоговорящего сотрудника не нашлось.

This hotel has several advantages which recommends it however have some setbacks which can be an impediment for some people: - first of all the location is perfect, cannot be better for someone who is coming to Istanbul to visit museums, mosques and palaces - the room was very hot and, for us, was important because we catch a cold weather - the room was clean with sufficient towels with technology options at the dor for not disturbing or cleaning option. In this way they were entering to clean the room, change the towels and give two bottles of water only when choose it. - there is an elevator that is moving you very fast from the reception/entrance to the needed floor - the breakfast is sufficiently varied to satisfy Muslims and European visitors in the same time - the fact that, any time of the day, you could go to the main lobby and take free coffee, tea, water (including bottled) and even several types of juice (orange, kiwi, apple) is a positive part and is helping when you are coming after several hours of visiting - the price for booking a room for four days was better than the majority of the hotels in the same Sultanahmet area - the a ability and willing to help of the hotel personnel is another positive aspect which is very important for first time turists. Negative parts: - the rooms (at least ours) are tiny, maximum 12-14 square meters, without anything else than the bed and a TV on the wall, no wardrobe, no desk and no other chairs or armch

Прекрасная локация, отличные завтраки

Отличный отель, нашли на батарее ручку, выкрутили её и в номере стало тепло. Но наверно не правильно, что нам пришлось её искать, а не персонал сам это сделал при заселении. Номер весьма компактный, но обставлен хорошо, очень удобные и большие кровати. А вот душ не совсем удобен, шланг приходится держать одной рукой, а мыться другой. Завтраки великолепны, 10 из 10. Локация прекрасно, уборка и чистота в номерах радует.

Stay away if you dont want to get SCAMMED

this hotel is located next to all the main attractions but other then that, its a very bad hotel,i got scammed my last day there, i wanted to get a bus to the airport, i paid 10 euros for this at a different hotel 3 weeks earlier, this hotel charged me 15 euros, i asked why the difference, the receptionist said the company makes the prices, not the hotel, its a disgrace he could lie straight to my face, very bad impression of the hotel standards

Hotel eher für Singles

Trotz mehrmaliger Zimmerreservierung eines Zimmer in der oberen Etage und Hinweise von Reisefreunden die 2 Monate sowie 2 Tage vor unserer Ankunft dort waren und eine Bestätigung erhielten, wurde bei unserer Ankunft behauptet, dass man hiervon nichts wüsste. Der Rezeptionist der meistens morgens da war (Jung lange Haare) war hierbei überhaupt nicht hilfreich und ignorierte uns auch die darauf folgenden Tage komplett. Jedoch waren die Herren die meistens Abends anwesend waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte immer vorbildlich und die Lage ist für Istanbul perfekt. Der Zustand der Zimmer ist zwar gut jedoch hört man jedes Gespräch und jede Aktivität der Nachbarn, so als ob diese im eigenen Zimmer wären.
