Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Never back again

We booked 2 rooms. According to my experience in Istanbul, I never leave anything in the safety deposit box. But my son left his things in the room safe. And apparently someone who had access to the safe deposit box stole some of his money. Please never put anything in a hotel safe in Istanbul.
