Tæt på centrum, metro og spise steder.

Fin nyrenoveret lejlighed på 2 sal. Udsigt til byliv / cafeer. Ikke oplagt til småbørns familier. Det er helt nede ved vandet og der er en stejl bakke op mod centrum. Tungt og langt at transportere små børn frem og tilbage. Der er masser af restauranter billigere end dem inde i centrum man sparer omkring 40%. Lejligheden har køleskab så man kan handle i de lokale supermarkeder.
