Stayed here for a second time and it was as good as previous stay. Location is spot on - walkable to all the sights. The staff are lovely and helpful. The restaurant is great we have eaten here three times now and have had great meals- the restaurant staff are good and a lot of fun! The hotel is clean, its easy to find - a good choice if wanting to stay in the old part of beautiful Istanbul.

The stay with the hotel was pleasant, they changed my room upon my request. Salim and Irfan and the other staff were very friendly. Especially Salim , I had problem with the safety box, they came and fixed it immediately. Very centrally located and we could walk to water and many tourist areas.

Scammers

They’re scammers their information is misleading they’re not handicap friendly no facilities for handicaps. They’re not part of the best western chain since 2020 and yet still put the brand to the hotel.

The service is outstanding. Samir at the front desk is amazingly helpful and delightful. The bell staff is also helpful. The team at the restaurant- also amazing. We planned to eat at a different restaurant our last night, but at the last minute decided to stay at the restaurant attached to the hotel. It was not a mistake. The staff makes everything so wonderful, and the food was truly exceptional.

La cama no la hacían nunca, de hecho te quitaban la sábana y la bajera no la metían bien por dentro y acababas durmiendo en el colchón. Tuve que insistir en repetidas ocasiones para que la limpiaran

City Break in Istanbul

Our stay was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly day and night. Nothing wax too much trouble for them. The hotel is perfectly located for visiting many of the wonderful locations that Istanbul has to offer. Highly recommended?

Friendly and helpful

Selim and his colleagues were very friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms were nice, although a bit noisy because of the trams in the street. The city of Istanbul is wonderful for a short stay.

Hotel is ok, but not great.

Hotel is ok, but not great. The rate was a good value. Small room. Main issue was that the A/C was not working, and although it was not necessary to have the A/C, the actual split a/c unit was making a loud noise all night long (even though it was off and not cooling). Really annoying. Staff could not help with this issue, although they tried. Kept me from having a good night of rest.

Location good. But not recommend this hotel.

1) The hotel is very close to the tram line. The location is good but hear lots of tram noises. In addition. Although you won’t hear the talking from neighbor room, the noise of taking showers is super loud. 2) The staff members can not speak English well. We need to leave early and ask if hotel can prepare breakfast boxes for us. We asked two staff members and they both promised there will be breakfast boxes. In the end, nothing is prepared. 3) There is spa/massage/turkish bath service in the hotel. The quality is very bad. And the service duration is far less than the package we paid. 4) Be careful with the taxi price if you would like to book the taxi to airport via hotel. The staff will try to increase price.
