「ダウンタウンまでの交通など場所の立地はよいので便利。ただ、バス停からかなり階段を登る必要がありスーツケースだと移動が厳しい。 あと、利用までにクレジットカード登録をし、追加のデポジットや清掃費かかるのと、パスポート写真提出、セルフィー提出などがあり、かなり面倒。 それらが嫌でなければ、コスパは良い。」

「The whole unit was very clean and appreciate all the amenities, shared living room area, fridge, and the toiletries that were provided. Great time spending my trip here, thank you! Host was very responsive and helpful. The bus was right across the street & helpful. If you do rent a car , street parking is hard to find unless you get lucky. But other than that, I really had a great experience at Harry Potter Suites! 」

「It was not clean and cold it was misleading it was a tiny bedroom that fit only a bed , the bathroom had no counter space because they put a sink on it. There was spiders in the room 」

「She was very accommodating and kind, loved all the special touches, and clever decorations, felt safe and cozy, everything was so clean and neat. The hot tub was amazing. The communication was spot on and very quick and considerate response every time.」

「Dwain was very helpful before and during our stay. The unit is really cozy but with enough space that we were able to have a few friends in for appetizers one evening and weren't on top of each other. The second bedroom was reconfigured to 2 twin beds which worked well for us. Easy access to everywhere we needed to be on this trip. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay here again on future trips.」

「Se nos otorgó una habitación en un tercer piso … para personas mayores subir la escalera con equipaje fue muy pesado ! El baño fuera de la habitación, fue incómodo. Y retirada teniendo que pagar Uber diariamente ! 」

「The room was clean. The heat takes a long time to warm up the room. Little noisey from upstairs because of wooden floors. I had trouble with the tv but got fixed by signing into the wifi. Parking is hard to find infront of the house. Good thing is it has a bus stop near by. Overall pretty good stay.」

「宿泊施設がある環境は、とても良く、施設そのものもとても綺麗で使いやすい施設です。ただ、チェックインの際に、事前にパスポートの認証が必要なことや、depositで $200が必要なことなどが、事前に説明がなかったので、チェックインの際に、とても困惑しました。現地のアメリカ人の方も同じように困っている方もいたので、外国人の私たちにとっては、さらに手続きのハードルが高いと思います。その辺りは、もう少し改善の必要があると思います。」
