「Staff was professional and my room was on the 3rd floor but was worth it. Everything was nicely stocked When I stay next time I must remember to go in through the front door lot get to the stairs. All in all a wonderful stay!!」

「宿泊施設がある環境は、とても良く、施設そのものもとても綺麗で使いやすい施設です。ただ、チェックインの際に、事前にパスポートの認証が必要なことや、depositで $200が必要なことなどが、事前に説明がなかったので、チェックインの際に、とても困惑しました。現地のアメリカ人の方も同じように困っている方もいたので、外国人の私たちにとっては、さらに手続きのハードルが高いと思います。その辺りは、もう少し改善の必要があると思います。」

Check in through Expedia was overly complex and took way too much time. 1 hr early check in and 1 hr late check out both denied due to cleaner schedule—not a catastrophe but also not ideal. Rooms have small in-wall heaters with separate manual thermostats for each.
