"Excellent location for those without a car. Situated alongside the Ryde public transport hub which includes train, bus & hovercraft options. A once very elegant hotel now perhaps a little tired but still full of charm. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was beautifully cooked traditional English fare."

We visited Ventnor where I was born and Bonchurch where we had lived. Met my cousins. And toured the Island. Lavender Cotttage was perfect cosy, clean comfortable and well maintained.thank you."
