「Exceptional service from the staff (Kim, Lisa and Declan were so helpful) from arrival to departure. Food was very good- great breakfast, dinner and afternoon tea. The rooms were lovely. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. Overall it felt luxurious and personal. Highly recommend.」

「The property location was amazing. But the room was outdated, tiny, had an odor, and extremely noisy. You heard literally every he vehicle that passed by. The photos didn’t match the room when booking online. When asking about an upgrade or change I was asked to pay €90 more, then when I said too much he said €40 cash. Seems a bit dodgy and shady, especially after being told they were booked full 」

「レンタカーで向かったのですが、ナビ通りに行こうとしたら道がありません。何と最後はフェリーで移動します。片道５分程度で７ポンド弱。渡った目の前にあります。その辺りにはホテルだけで、あとは民家が点々と。 犬と赤子連れで行ったのですが、とても親切にしてもらいました。パブの食事も美味しかったです。 娘が大きくなったらまた訪ねてみたいです。」

「We had a fabulous week at the Isle of Mull Hotel. The hotel is beautiful and our sea view room stunning. We ate at the bar and in the restaurant and both were amazing, staff were polite and attentive, especially Sean. The hotel is great for touring round the island and provided us a comfortable and convenient base for our trip. Only downside was the pool wasn't open as there was a problem with the heating of the water, but I think that was nearly fixed as we left. Spa was open though,...

「The pod was small but comfortable. It was a little crowded with our luggage and it would have been nice to be able to push our luggage under the bed when not in use. The host provided a french press and coffee and sugar. No salt and pepper or cooking oils were provided if you are planning on cooking any meals.
