"Great spot! Elm is the first street where there is no public parking so the crowds start to taper off right at the beach entrance. Proximity to the beach and restaurants was perfect! Everything was comfortable with all you could need for the beach and your stay. The cameras around the house were a bit off-putting…I wish we had a heads up about that but I understand the purpose. There’s only one way in and out of the house which was a bit of a challenge when I was alone with my young kids and needed to run upstairs for something. There’s zero visibility over the pool from the inside. Overall, though, our stay was wonderful and Carolyn made sure we were taken care of!"

"The place was great!I am going to list the things I wish I had known about first..It is a main road for everyone and their mother to come to the beach. People constantly being dropped off and picked up, Turing around in the driveway, lots of foot traffic and everything.Bring your own beach chairs and equipment. The chairs there are terrible and in awful condition.The pool table is very small, and is not level, so it’s really not usable, also there was no chalk.You don’t have direct access to the beach from the property, you have to walk down the driveway and use the public access, which I think most of the houses are like that there.Bring all of your toiletries, the soap they give you is no bueno. I think the worst part was there was no blackout shade in the master bedroom so it was VERY bright in the morning, this is probably the sole reason why I wouldn’t ever rent this house again. Besides the negative, it was great being next to the beach, the house was clean and very cool. It’s sole purpose is rental VRBO so don’t expect anything luxurious, furniture, mattresses glassware, rugs, are all cheap and made to be thrown away. We had a great time but I don’t think I would go back to Anna Maria, I’d probably stay in Longboat or something next time, you literally can’t go anywhere at 5:00 or near dinner time without waiting in traffic for 30mins. Anyways, pretty much exactly what I expected it to be."

"The place was pretty, it was a perfect location near the beach. However, the outside showers have 2 wasp nests by them (including under the stairs to the apartment) and we were unable to use them due to the agressiveness of the insects. The second floor of the house was outdated and the twins beds were built incorrectly. The garage also carried a moldy smell and through out the house there was clearly dirty areas. Overall, the backyard has peaceful ambiance (besides the nests) with nice seating, the AC was perfectly refreshing, and the views to the beach were immaculate."

"Our family had an incredible stay at this beautiful beachfront property on Anna Maria Island! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. The beach was just steps away, and we loved spending our days enjoying the gorgeous views and sunsets. It was the perfect place to make wonderful memories together. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special beach getaway!"
