"Great communication!! Krista with the Fran Real Estate group went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She told us some great local spots to go to. Taught us the trick to make our “spa” amazingly hot!!! The location of this cottage is close to everything! This house definitely needs more mirrors though. There was one in the main bathroom and then one in the master bath, but the toilet is right underneath the mirror in the master bath so not a great location when doing your make-up or balancing brush, hair dryer and all the things. If they added long mirrors to the back of the bedroom doors that would be perfect! Kitchen was not stocked up with spices or cooking oil, so bring/buy your own (not a deal breaker). They do have beach chairs and beach towels you can use! Beds were comfortable, the backyard is 100% an oasis!!! There is a pool alarm on the door, so don’t freak out when the alarm goes off when you get there. It is not security and the police are not coming it is just the pool alarm. Krista taught us how to push the button before opening the door so the alarm didn’t blast!!! We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again!! The location is amazing!!!"

"This home is beautiful, and in a wonderful location. The pictures looked like the beach was more beach rather than rocky, but overall it was very amazing. We got to see a pod of dolphins swim by a couple times one day. It was a pleasure being able to use for the week "

"The condo worked perfectly for myself and my daughter. We could walk to the bayside in two minutes for the sunrise and 10 minutes to see the sunset on the ocean side. We enjoyed the location as we could walk to shops, resturants, trolley stop, kayak/bike rentals and just sit by the canal. The condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again."

"Beautiful house in quiet and convenient location. Across from a lovely beach with good swimming and sunning on provided beach chairs. Easy walk to coffee, restaurants, shops. Multiple decks with comfortable seating. Appliances, dishes, linens, furniture, and fixtures all in excellent condition. Very responsive and helpful host. "
