「We had a great time, the neighborhood was very quite but a short drive to groceries. One thing to note is the closest beach (englewood) is closed for public parking since the hurricane. The closest beach is a 25 minute drive. 」

「Good location, quiet. Short walk to Warm Mineral Springs. Easy access to US41. Large, comfortable bed in small combined bedroom/kitchenette/living area. Separate adequate bathroom with nice shower. Large, walk-in closet with shelving for storage. Minimal kitchen, no DW, but with large fridge. Had to bring own coffee maker. Very nice laundry room is shared with another tenant, wasn't a problem. Abundant parking is on the lot.」

「Upon arrival our unit B was very warm and the ac unit didn’t seem to be working properly to cool it lower than 84 degrees. We contacted our host and within a few hours a repairman was out to check unit and determined it needed a more lengthy repair. Our host offered to move us to the neighboring unit A that was perfect for our needs. 」
