「The hotel is clean. The front desk and personal are excellent, AC works perfect The hotel is located just closed to the plaza. Few steps away Enjoyed the stay!」

「Cute little hotel. Big rooms but no amenities. Breakfast choices are ok for a few days, although coffee is bad. Staff are hit or miss. Some of them not really professionally 😞」

「This is an excellent place to stay while visiting the Laguna de Apoyo. Location is rustic and beautiful. Food is excellent. Staff is incredible. They arranged transportation which was a plus. You can order things, meals, to your room and pay an itemized bill with your card at check out. I can't say enough about the place.」

「Erick the staff member in the main front door was great every time I came into the hotel he greeted me very well and very professional. Victoria of the cleaning staff was very great and wonderful in regards to the cleaning of my room and greeted when ever I saw her around the hotel. However Grepseell one of the staff members at the front desk was very rude and nasty. At one point she spoke to my guest very rudely and nasty. She made it a point to belittle him. I would not recommend anyone to...

A/C: Did not function properly, leaving the room uncomfortable. Pool: Water was visibly dirty (clearly not treated properly). Essentially, you are...

「Great experience」

「This is a large and Cabin in a natural habitat so those who want to stay here typically would have different standards than someone who wanted to stay in a tradition. I do both. For this type of experience I’m really enjoyed the atmosphere and the host and all the wildlife and hiking and peace so I highly enjoyed it and recommend it.」

「We had a great 4 nights stay in the Estrada Hotel. The room was spacious and quite, comfortable beds, nicely working AC. The breakfast is wonderful. The staff are very friendly. They arrange our ariport pickup and drop-off and we paid only $10 for the late checkin, which was very nice, since our flight was at night. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.」
