We love welcoming your furry friends! Our pet fee is $50 USD per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. Just let us know in advance if your four-legged companion is joining.
To keep things cozy and clean for everyone, we kindly ask that pets stay off the beds and furniture.
🚭 No Smoking
For everyone’s comfort and safety, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, on the terrace, or in any shared common areas.
🎉 No Parties or Events
We’re all about good vibes and laid-back living, but this isn’t the spot for large gatherings or events. Please no parties or outside guests.
🚽 Bathroom Etiquette
Holbox is a delicate eco-island, and this property is connected to a septic system that needs a little extra care.
To help preserve the island’s natural systems:
Please don’t flush toilet paper, wipes, or any objects down the toilet.
A wastebasket is provided for all paper products and is cleaned daily.
Avoid pouring oils or harsh chemicals down any drain.

🧖 Towel Policy
Our space is designed with eco-conscious living in mind. Due to the island’s focus on sustainability (and occasional low water availability), we provide two towels (one bath and one pool) per guest for your entire stay.
We don’t offer a change of towels, but if you’d like fresh ones, we’re happy to provide them for a $3USD fee per towel that will help with laundry cost (must exchange old ones). Just let us know.
Also, please don’t hang towels or clothing over the balcony railings—there are towel racks and hooks inside for your convenience.
🌙 Quiet Hours
We believe rest is sacred. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep music and voices low during this time so everyone can enjoy a peaceful night.
🏊 Pool Guidelines
Our shared pool is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Let’s keep it relaxing and clean:
Please shower before entering.
No glass, food, or drinks in or around the pool.
No smoking in or near the pool area.
No pool time while intoxicated.
Children must be supervised at all times.

Non-compliance with these guidelines may result in a fine of $5,000 MXN or more, depending on the situation.
