"Tucked away behind a volcano and in a quiet residential area of Tinajo, we found this place to be a comfortable stay with everything we needed. The host lives next door and was welcoming and accommodating, providing toys for our children to play with and extra tools for the barbecue when we enquired. "Very spacious property with a fantastic pool and outdoor space. Full range of International Satellite TV channels went down well. The kitchen was very well equipped. Character in abundance with a truly stunning entrance and lounge area. 25 to 30 minute walk to centre and beaches which suited us well as we love to walk and a very quiet and relaxing time in the villa. Pram hire for our 4 year old did prove essential. Villa manager was very quick to respond to minor maintenance issues."

"Instructions to enter Villa were clear. It was clean with towels & tea towels & a pleasant little basket of goodies. All kitchen equipment you will need. Microwave, coffee machine & washing machine (if required). Books & DVD’s. Comfy bed with decent bedding. Good quality outside patio seating with much needed umbrella. Wi-fi was easy to connect to. One very small gripe, could do with a further mid size towel per person. Overall, very happy 😊"

"This is a beautiful and spacious property. It is immaculate and lovingly furnished and cared for. Superb choice for our holiday - the pool is large and heated, the hot tub a treat, with views over the coast and the ocean. "A great three bedroom villa with everything you could need! We really loved the heated pool and the location was perfect, with a10 minute walk to the sea and 5 min walk to local shops. Communication with Tony was very good and we felt well looked after by the management team. Highly recommended!"

"The ideal property if after a day exploring you want to get back to peace and calm - to enjoy a drink and maybe a swim or just to lie back and sunbathe. The house is well equipped with great outdoor area. A car is essential and although set just above Tias everywhere is very accessible. There is so much to see and do you can choose whatever you want. The roads are good. A lovely villa but it is set away for the main resorts - great for families."

"Upon evening arrival, found property uncleaned, and no clean bedding or towels available. Contact with locaL agent allowed a cleaning team to arrive next day, but no property alternative was suggested, and a sleepless night in sundry bits of possible clean bedding followed. the cleaners arived we departed to allow them to work on the property, upon our return found that shoes were missing, scooped up by the cleaners, local agent chased but never found.
