"Polite staff and clean room. The toilet and the bath/shower were in separate rooms. Overall very nice place to stay."

"Hotel close Nagasaki Airport just only 10min TAXI. Hotel room is quiet and comfort. And looks very new building. Around hotel, many restaurant have and many choice."

"Nice little last minute place to stay. "

"Good location and clean. "

"Little bit on the basic side. But for that money it was great. Next to the hotel a great beef restaurant."

"This hotel has rooms bigger than most typical Japanese hotels. The bed is comfortable, spacious bathroom and small kitchenette. There was car parking available and facilities are clean all around. It’s within walking distance of the hells juku and convenience stores and restaurants too. The only problem is the onsen was nonoperational when we stayed."

"👍 Parking lot in front of hotel room"

"Really beautiful hotel with very large rooms - the biggest I've experienced in Japan. Delicious traditional breakfast. About 12 mins walking distance to the peace park and museum, and 5 mins walk from bus stops. I had a jacuzzi bath in my room."

"Expedia and their site says they have free airport shuttle...they do not. Someone needs to update now. Carpets were worn out in the halls. The service and friendlyness of the staff is what makes this hotel worth staying at. Also room was huge. "
