3b2.5b Spacious, peaceful, bright home next to UC-Irvine

  • Spacious, bright home with walls of windows looking out into a sea of green and golf course. Like living in a lush resort community, but nestled in one of Irvine's most convenient, safe locations. Close to UC-Irvine, the beach, John Wayne airport, Disneyland, shopping, beautiful parks and playgrounds, and more.

    5-7 min bike ride to 3 large grocery stores, Starbucks, and UC Irvine. 15 min drive to the beach. 5 minute walk to Mason Regional Park for excellent barbequing, biking, jogging, and bird-watching. 20 min drive to Disneyland.

    There are two neighborhood pools within a few minutes walk. The pools both offer hot tubs, showers, and are surrounded by trees.

    This is a great home for visiting scholars / professors teaching or researching at UC-Irvine, one of the best ranked public universities in California. It's also close to many Fortune 500 companies based in Irvine.

    The home has easy access to many Irvine bike paths include the famous Mountains to Sea Trail that will take you all the way to the Newport Back Bay, and Newport Beach Coast. There are many other great bike paths for commuting or recreating. Please let me know if you'd like to borrow one of my jbikes to enjoy the trails.
