「This is a great property. The location is ideal…1 stop from Shinjuku, 4 from Shibuya on the Yamanote line. Sean is a great host…incredibly responsive and communicative. There are two things I wish I’d known before booking. I probably would have booked anyway but a consideration. This is a first floor/basement apartment. 「This is a great option for solo or lightly-travelling couples. A single room with literally all the amenities you need is a rare find for the price this was at and in a fairly central location too. The owner is almost always available for communication and will help with practically everything they can. There might be just a few too many helpful messages, but I would accept that over a manager who never responds. The right area to be in a party district, but not too close that you have to fight...
