It has tons of amenities that other, higher cost hotels offer such as pool, hot tub, pool bar, music in the evenings, and an extensive breakfast. Close to 5th avenue (5 min drive) and the beach (8-10 mins drive). Highly recommend staying here! "

"My family had an amazing stay! The location was convenient for our needs and we had everything you could think of onsite provided for us. The backyard was lovely during the evening for outdoor dinners! "

"Great hotel in a perfect location right on 5th Avenue in Naples, Florida, surrounded by some of the best restaurants in the area. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The rooftop pool was awesome and a great place to relax, and the food was very good for a hotel restaurant. The staff was attentive and friendly throughout the stay. Another big plus is that the beach is only about a half mile away, making it an easy walk. The only drawback for me is that I’m a big gym person, and the fitness center felt a bit tired and could use an update. Other than that, it was a great stay and I would definitely come bac"

"Our room was clean; clean commode, shower, clean refrigerator and microwave, working A/C, working door locks, perky curtains, and wiped off furniture. There's places that need work, mostly paint touchup. The exterior were clean with no signs of riffraff. The woman working the front desk was very nice. We felt safe. Considering the very pricey places to stay in the area, we were very glad to find this place."
